The seminars, advice, consultations and L.A. Networking Week are all meant to be educational. There is no guarantee that they will lead to future employment, an offer of representation or a visa.
Timetable of confirmed meetings for L.A. Networking Week will be given at the welcome meal on the day of arrival and not before. This ensures the privacy of those you will be networking with and allows us to continue to update the schedule until you’re arrival.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
The laws of England & Wales shall govern this website, its contents (including these terms and conditions) and any services that are supplied by us to clients from countries other than the USA, from this website and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Honourable Courts in London in relation to all matters arising there from.
For US based clients, we are bonded under Labor Code 1703, listed below.

We are required by US law to display this labor code for US clients. It outlines our cancellation policy for US clients only. There is a $10 membership fee built into the price of the Networking Week for US clients. When we receive your payment, your membership commences. Within 10 days of payment, you’re able to cancel your membership and your Networking Week reservation for a full refund. After 10 days, there will be no refunds and no transfers on the networking week or membership. The cancellation policy for UK and international clients is below.
INDUSTRY HOLLYWOOD IS A TALENT TRAINING SERVICE. THIS IS NOT A TALENT AGENCY CONTRACT. ONLY A TALENT AGENT LICENSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1700.5 OF THE LABOR CODE MAY ENGAGE IN THE OCCUPATION OF PROCURING, OFFERING, PROMISING, OR ATTEMPTING TO PROCURE EMPLOYMENT OR ENGAGEMENTS FOR AN ARTIST. INDUSTRY HOLLYWOOD IS PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM OFFERING OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN AUDITIONS OR EMPLOYMENT FOR YOU. IT MAY ONLY PROVIDE YOU WITH TRAINING. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONSULT CHAPTER 4.5 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 1701) OF PART 6 OF DIVISION 2 OF THE LABOR CODE. A DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TALENT SERVICE THAT IS NOT RESOLVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ARTIST SHOULD BE REFERRED TO A LOCAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, AS APPROPRIATE.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from the date on your receipt, or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday.
To cancel this contract, mail or deliver or send by facsimile transmission a signed and dated copy of the following cancellation notice or any other written notice of cancellation to Industry Hollywood at 10153 ½ Riverside Dr. Unit 371 Toula Lake, CA 91602 USA (310) 954-7691 [email protected] NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF 10 days after said receipt, or 10 days after the date of the beginning of utilization of service. If the contract was executed in part or in whole through the Internet, you may cancel the contract by sending the notification to: [email protected]
CANCELLATION NOTICE/POLICY
You need to send us this contract, and the following "cancellation notice" if you wish to cancel your services (please either cut and paste this or print this entire contract for your records). If you do not follow these written procedures for cancellation set forth in the contract, we cannot refund your services payment. If we do not receive your cancellation of payment within 10 days from the date on your receipt, then there will be NO refunds. If you wish to cancel your payment on the networking week, the same cancellation policy applies, if we do not receive your cancellation of payment within 10 days from the date of payment, then there will be NO refunds.

UK/INTERNATIONAL CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY
For clients making payment to the UK based, IH Education GLASP LTD (all UK and international based clients), if you wish to cancel and receive a refund for the Networking Week you may only do so within 10 days of payment. After 10 days of payment, there will be NO refunds and NO transfers. There are NO refunds or transfers on Visa Seminars and Individual Consults after payment is received by IH Education GLASP LTD.
