2. Industry Hollywood or Richard Burke reserve the right to change the venue on the confirmed date but should this happen you will be informed immediately.


3. Industry Hollywood or Richard Burke accept NO LIABILITY for any personal injury or any loss or damage to personal belongings at the Visa Seminar venue.


4. All information given at the time of the Visa Seminar is correct but due to the legalities of a variety of subject matters covered, this can be liable to change.


5. Attending the Visa Seminar does not automatically guarantee acceptance on any Industry Hollywood Networking Week.


6. If Industry Hollywood or Richard Burke should have to cancel or postpone the event, a full refund or the offer of a transfer to another Seminar date will be given.
