Industry Hollywood Networking Week Terms & Conditions

    1. Due to limited places and upfront costs, refunds will not be given once payment has been made
    2. Industry Hollywood or Richard Burke is not liable for any injury or medical costs or loss of property whilst attending the seven day networking trip.
    3. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the individual.
    4. The fee for the Networking Week includes seven night’s accommodation as well as meetings and workshops with industry professionals.
    5. The schedule is subject to change subject to availability of industry professionals.
    6. The fee for the Networking Week does not include flights, meals, drinks, transfers, insurance or other incidentals. These are the responsibility of the individual.
    7. Should an individual make arrangements at an alternative accommodation facility, it is their responsibility to cover the cost of this accommodation as well as transfers to and from the airport and to the preferred hotel.
    8. The preferred hotel is the base for daily collection. It is the individual’s responsibility to get to base camp at the scheduled pick up time for transport to the meetings and seminars should they make alternative accommodation arrangements.
    9. Flights and airlines are only recommended, however should an individual choose another airline or alternative flight time, it is their responsibility to cover the cost of transport from the airport to the hotel.
    10. The sample schedule provided is an example of the program. Meetings with the casting directors/producers/agents/managers/director/teachers are subject to change due to their availability. Times are approximate and are also subject to change.
    11. This is not a job interview or audition. The presence of a casting director/agent/manager/producer/teacher/director is neither a guarantee nor a promise of employment. The intent of the class/meetings is solely educational. Attending this week of meetings and workshops is not a way to obtain employment as an actor. Such contact as you may have with a casting director/agent/manager/producer/teacher/director at a workshop and/or meeting rarely results in any further contact with that casting director/agent/manager/producer/teacher/director or any company affiliated with that casting director/agent/manager/producer/teacher/director.
    12. All information provided is true and correct at the time of publishing. However, due to staff cancellations, industry professionals’ non-availability or cancellation, low participant numbers or other situations outside our control, some amenities or courses described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
    13. Industry Hollywood reserves the right to make changes to our programme, courses or facilitators.
    14. Industry Hollywood does not act as a travel agents and therefore does not take responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations.
